Before anyone is awake, the kasbah already smells of her: warm bread, cumin, mint, orange blossom drifting through the courtyards. Our cook gives this house its soul — no menus, no measuring, just what the market gave her that morning and a lifetime of knowing exactly what to do with it.
And whatever you need — gluten-free, no sugar, a child who only eats plain rice — she’ll make it, gladly.
