On the occasion of the Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025, ArCallima took part in a cultural initiative held on the outskirts of Marrakech, highlighting Arabic calligraphy as a living and unifying art form.

In a festive atmosphere combining sport, culture, and human connection, ArCallima presented a live Arabic calligraphy performance, offering visitors an immersive experience into this ancestral art where letters become form, rhythm, and emotion. Moroccan and international audiences discovered the symbolism of Arabic letters and their evolution through history.

Names and words inspired by football, African unity, peace, and shared values were calligraphed live, creating unique artworks offered as meaningful souvenirs of AFCON 2025.

Through this participation, ArCallima contributes to an Africa Cup of Nations that goes beyond sport, promoting Moroccan and African cultural heritage. Arabic calligraphy, recognized as intangible cultural heritage, becomes a bridge between tradition and modernity, cultures and peoples.

This cultural action near Marrakech reinforces the region’s role as a crossroads of art and dialogue, where creativity accompanies major international events celebrating Africa’s diversity.

A Moment of Art and Culture at Palais GHARNATA

Palais GHARNATA recently hosted a remarkable cultural event in collaboration with **ArCallima** and **Agence MDM**. One of the evening’s highlights was a unique artistic experience: the personalization of guests’ names in Arabic calligraphy on traditional red Fassi Tarbouches. A strong symbol of Moroccan elegance, each tarbouche was transformed into a personalized work of art, blending heritage with creativity.

This meaningful gesture offered guests an immersive experience into the beauty of Arabic art and culture, an unforgettable moment where tradition met modern expression.
