الشروط المطلوبة
المساحة : ما بين 90 و 120 متر
الشمس : جد جد ضروري أن تكون الشقة مشمسة ,الحساسية عند الأطفال
ضروري أن تتوفر على مصعد و مكان للسيارة من الأفضل أن يكون تحت أرضي و تابع للشقة لتجنب المشاكل مع الجيران
الأحياء المطلوبة بالترتيب : حي الهدى، رياض السلام، فونتي العليا. الحي المحمدي من غير إقامة إسلان
الكراء : ما بين 3500 و 4500 درهم حسب المساحة و الحالة العامة للشقة
المرجو من أصحاب الوكالات عدم الاتصال : عمولتكم غالية جدا

Critères demandés:
1- Superficie: entre 90 et 120 m
2- Ensoleillé : condition non négociable, enfants allergiques oblige
3- Obligation d'avoir un ascenseur et parking sous-sol réservé pour éviter tout conflit avec les voisins.
4- Quartiers souhaités selon ordre de préférence: El Houda, les jardins d'Agadir -Kettani-, Haut Founty, Hay Mohammadi à part Islane
Prix de la location doit être entre 3500 et 4500 selon la superficie et l’état global du bien.
