Starting from traditional Moroccan home cooking, Salt-Marrakech seeks to marry the tradition with the best methods and the most exciting new chefs of the world. With a dedicated house team lead by Executive Chef Omar, long-considered one of Morocco's top chefs, we produce an innovative seasonally inspired Moroccan menu. Regular visiting chefs feature, bringing their personal experiences and styles and combining them with the Moroccan tradition to produce something new and unique.
