At the end of the May, the 4finance team visited the Sloka Animal Shelter to participate in the “Big Cleanup” organized by SMScredit.lv and help improve its living conditions. A big thank you to the company ndk.lv for providing the equipment, which allowed us to work faster and more efficiently
This initiative is our commitment to support the community and assist where it is most needed – especially those who cannot ask for help themselves.

4finance showed up strong at the Rimi Riga Marathon, running in all distances, but moving as one team.
The weather tried to challenge us - on race day.

Each step was soaked, the spirit — in grit, laughter, and a few celebratory puddle jumps.

Here’s to everyone who ran, cheered, trained, and high-fived through it all. Look how warm and prepared some of us lookeds looked before the run.

Our colleagues in Riga celebrated the end of the year in style at the Night of Mystery party! 🎩✨

From magic tricks (seriously, how did €50 end up in a lemon? 🍋) to unlocking padlocks 🔓 and exploring tarot & graphology 🔮🖋️, the evening was filled with enchantment. But the real magic? Being together - laughing, chatting, and dancing the night away. 💃🕺

🎄The wait for Christmas was made more fun with our Advent Calendar! 🎅✨

Every day brought new festive challenges—puzzles, trivia, movie guesses, and holiday traditions from around the world. 🌟

This year, 130 employees joined the fun, and 6 top scorers earned the most points! Congrats to them and our lucky prize winners. 🏆🎁

It’s another year of supporting Sloka Animal Shelter with the help of our colleagues! 🐾

Together, we raised an incredible 460 EUR to support animals in need. A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who contributed - whether by donating funds, blankets, or food.

Every animal at the shelter has a heartbreaking story, but thanks to your kindness, we’re giving them hope, care, and love. ❤️

What started with hard hats and blueprints has finally become a reality. Today, we’re excited to invite our team into our brand-new office! 🏠💼

It took a huge collective effort to get here, and we’re so grateful to everyone involved in making this space possible. It wasn’t an easy move - crossing the river wasn’t just a metaphor! 😅 One colleague even tackled 1700 kilograms of not-needed-anymore paper during the transition 💪, and that’s just one of many behind-the-scenes stats.

While we’re embracing our hybrid model, we’ve designed this office to feel like home whenever you’re here. 🪴 We can’t wait for everyone to settle in!

This year, we had another awesome opportunity to test the Vivus MTB Marathon course before the official competition! 🚴💨

We tackled over 32km around Ape, even crossing into Estonia! 🇪🇪 That part definitely wasn’t the easiest, but we had a blast doing it for fun—not for the best time. 😅

Big shoutout to everyone who took part in this year’s Vivus MTB Marathon! 👏 Completing the entire route is no small feat! 💪

Hybrid work doesn’t always give us the chance to meet in big groups, so, like every year, we got together to celebrate summer! 🎉 We couldn’t resist adding some sporty fun - this time, in a totally new way...🏌️‍♂️

Hitting that tiny hole with a golf ball seems way easier in the movies, right? But guess what? We discovered some hidden golf pros in the 4finance crew! ⛳️✨

In May, our Latvian colleagues collected almost 1500 hours of activities! 🎉 Time for the promised reward, and of course, it had to be... ACTIVE! 💪

This year, they hit the go-kart track 🏎️- an adventure full of speed and a bit of friendly competition that we all secretly love. 😉

To top it off, they wrapped up the day with a relaxing rafting trip down the beautiful Lielupe River. 🚣‍♂️
