the era of wellness
There is a shift happening - people are orienting towards healthy lifestyles, wellness is becoming a 'trend' and longevity is now an increasingly hot topic. Cities are transforming too and it seems that Eywa is leading the way.
At its core, Eywa is a sanctuary devoted to nurturing the balance of mental, physical and spiritual well-being for its residents. Both apartment buildings are designed for people who seek a community built around shared values of a lifestyle rooted in well-being.
Our approach uses layered spatial experiences to shift perception, engaging residents through architecture and interior design. Elevated lounges, swings, and water bodies stimulate neurological responses within the body, encouraging people to experience space not only visually, but physically and emotionally.
Eywa Way of Water building considers Vedic architecture principles - orientation, room placement, and materials - creating a home that promotes better concentration, good sleep, relaxation, healthy headspace. And how do we do it? Its all in the details. For example, in a communal outdoor space there is a labyrinth composed of thousands of small stones, that when walked barefoot and blindfolded, encourages residents to connect with their bodies and let the mind relax.
SPA zone in Eywa Way of Water features herbal, salt and hammam saunas, meditation and yoga rooms, gym and pool, with a team of specialized trainers and specialists providing quality services.
Eywa’s uniqueness lies in its deep understanding of people’s needs, where every design decision is rooted in empathy and care.

Destination: Italy
Every year we take time to explore the world with our team, and this time it was Italy that lifted our spirits and brought us closer.
The adventure started with Helmuts taking us through Italian brutalist architecture, where under the vast blue skies at Michelucci’s concrete Church of Santa Maria Immacolata, we celebrated Liva's birthday. Day two was well spent in the Dolomites, where, 17 km later and with a few sunburns, we were ready to fully immerse ourselves in the architecture and art of Venice.
It’s been a pleasure to breathe in the fresh mountain air and indulge in the art, food, and architecture of Venice, all while surrounded by people who inspire us.
Thank you Helmuts Nežborts for guiding us through the Dolomites and thank you Valters for capturing every moment of this unforgettable trip.

The Split House
The dual-sloped roof is a classic example of Latvian coastal architecture, historically reserved for a single-family home. Our approach breaks that form directly in half, creating two homes perfectly aligned with one another.
Instead of viewing a single, predictable volume, we invite you to use your imagination to bridge the gap and put the two structures back together.
Feeling inspired to rise above the clouds at Inspired
High above the ground in the heart of Riga, this multi-faceted workspace serves as a catalyst for creative endeavor, designed specifically for the dynamic energy of an advertising agency. We built the core concept around a custom 'cloud' vinyl flooring tiles. They add a playful character and serve as a daily reminder that 'every cloud has a silver lining.'

We have always been compelled to explore the themes of transparency and openness, and BPROM is the most recent project where we got the chance to dive deeper.
The main residence and sauna house stand here uninterrupted in a single flow. Both houses are linked by a centuries-old Baltic tradition to position buildings on the same axis. This orientation created the opportunity for us to introduce another element - a window portal.
Standing on the far back of the main residence, the observer's view cuts through the sauna house. Two perfectly round windows align, creating a visual wormhole that frames the forest beyond.

We are thrilled to see SK17 reach another defining milestone: the façade installation has officially begun.
Crafted from Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, the façade offers exceptional durability while retaining the raw, characteristic texture of traditional concrete. As a lightweight and more elastic alternative, this material allows the architecture to embrace complex geometries that would be impossible with standard concrete.

Meet our team. Liva Valdmane : executive assistant, legal counsel
“Liva, we need your brain” - this is how Liva gets called into meeting rooms. With a laser-sharp focus and unshakable confidence she orchestrates our many overlapping layers of processes. Nothing goes past Liva - if you are certain you have thought of everything, bring your idea to her and watch Liva effortlessly find gaps and ask just the right questions. Yet, behind the exceptional work ethic, determination and ability to get things done is person with big heart.
Liva sparks spirited conversations at our lunch table and never hesitates to offer a helping hand. She truly sees the best in all of us, and with all her heart wishes for others to succeed. Liva has built unwavering trust among her colleagues, and she continues to inspire us to become better versions of ourselves, day by day.

Zane Tetere-Sulce on cloud nine at Inspired
A fresh vision of what a modern, sustainable workspace can be. This is the second time working with Inspired creative agency. For us, creating an office that reflects their ability to rise above the clouds to see the bigger picture has been an exciting challenge.
The space feels raw - a conscious decision to leave the construction process exposed, the ventilation systems visible. Warm wooden furniture and h**p concrete walls are contrasted by synthetic fabrics to provoke a dialogue between ecological responsibility and modern innovation.
DIY solutions define the interior, seen in a wooden kiosk decorated with rope and lashing straps. This is a place that dares to look different, embracing experimentation over polished perfection.

As nature awakens with the arrival of spring, this summer residence is also coming into its own.
A compact vacation home that consists of two separate units, each a fully functioning residence. With an integrated sauna, the home offers a year-round retreat for a city-dwelling family.
The structure’s unique position against the natural slope allows it to dissolve into the landscape. Roofs, which will soon be overgrown with wild grasses, only emphasize this illusion. It was important that we use natual materials both inside and on the exterior. Wood is the primary material used throughout, with veneer and ceramic finishes within.
