Meet our Riga Hackathon 2026 winners - Beyond Cloud. 👏
Liudas Stuglys and Mārtiņš Veiss tackled one of those problems everyone knows about but nobody has time to fix: a dedicated dispatcher manually routing every ticket to the right sub-group, every single day.
Their solution? Automated ticket dispatching via Power Automate and AI - tickets now land with the right person instantly, no dispatcher needed. 160 man-hours saved per month, faster response times, and a team freed up for work that actually matters.

What started with a kickoff and a lot of ambition turned into two days of building and yesterday, five teams took the stage to show what they made.
Here's what shipped:
Awesome Netmen - AI-powered mailbox routing, 30%+ time saved
MS Core Team - Real-time ticket notifications in MS Teams
Marketing Sharks - 7 hrs of content work down to 36 minutes
Beyond Cloud - Automated dispatching, 160 man-hours saved/month
SAP Basis AI - Hours of data retrieval down to 30 seconds
The jury had a tough call. Beyond Cloud took the trophy but every team earned it. 🏆

We’re excited to share that q.beyond has been featured in the design magazine ! ✨
In the article “The New Life of the Boiler House”, our Riga office is showcased in a building with a long industrial history in the VEF territory. Once a boiler house, the space has been carefully transformed by design studio team, stripping away the unnecessary while preserving the character and layers of its industrial architecture.
