Kultūrbārā MASA mēs(Riga Interact) organizējām labdarības koncertu, kurā piedalījās Rīgas Mediņu mūzikas skolas skolēni un citas brīvprātīgās mūzikas grupas un uzbūra skaistu džeza skaņu piepildītu vakaru! Saziedotā nauda dosies uz Īslaicīgās uzturēšanās mītni "Burtnieki". Paldies visiem dalībniekiem un .kulturbars !!

GLOBAL CLEAN UP 2025 with !! Saving the world one step at a time🌏

From the 11th till the 27th of December, two of our Interactians Maija and Jēkabs helped host our Malaysian guests from , .tlc. They explored most of Latvia learning about our culture, history, and so much more. They did bobsleighing and skating❄️, explored Kurzeme, and went to a sauna. Both of our Interactians made close friendships with them and will head to Malaysia to learn about their culture in August.🌟

On December 21st, we had the privilege of participating in the 's Family Day! 🏛️🎁 As part of the event, we coordinated a greeting card workshop led by our talented Interact Riga members.

Participants created unique holiday cards featuring Riga’s iconic views, inspired by designer Jānis Krievs’ technique of adding vibrant color accents to black-and-white photos. 🖌️✨ These cards were crafted with love as messages of support for Ukraine’s defenders. 🇺🇦💙💛 At the end of the day, he cards were handed over to a representative from the Ukrainian Embassy to share warmth and solidarity during the holiday season.

A look back at our visit to the Riga Social Care Center "Mežciems", where we gave away the collected cards in the "Sveiciens Ziemassvētkos" project with a rimi-sponsored sweet😋.
It was a great pleasure to share the joy of Christmas, as well as play some games and chat!🎄

A look back at the Santa Fun Run! ☃️We helped organize the annual event, raising money for RMCH Latvia, it's an organisation that provides medical aid to children living in rural areas of Latvia. We had so much fun meeting all of the Santa Clauses and dressing up as them🌟!

🌟During the month of November, we collected cards from several schools, such as Riga State German Gymnasium, Riga State 2nd Gymnasium, and others, in order to promote the Christmas spirit to the people at the Ukrainian Hospital in Lviv.
🎄This project was created in connection with Arnis Šablovskis and the director of , Solvita Vība, and Lestenes bakery. In total, we collected over 400 cards, which were multiplied to 1200 in cooperation with the occupation museum.
Thanks to all the schools and also for the help in making the cards❤️!
