‼️ We are looking for an HR Specialist who would like to grow in an international, dynamic, and supportive environment. ‼️
✅ Requirements:
• Higher education in Human Resources, Management, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of successful experience in HR (experience in retail will be considered an advantage);
• Strong knowledge of Latvian labor legislation and ability to apply it in practice;
• Understanding of payroll administration and time tracking systems;
• Ability to independently plan and organize daily tasks and solve problems quickly and effectively;
• Ability to work with confidential information and communicate effectively;
• Experience in organizing and conducting employee training;
• Good MS Office skills and experience with HR management systems (SAP is an advantage);
• Fluency in Latvian, English, and Russian.

🚀 We’re hiring: B2B Sales Manager (HoReCa)
Our client, a leading HoReCa company in Latvia, is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, driving sales, and working in a dynamic, market-focused environment.
🔹 What you’ll do:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HoReCa clients
Develop new B2B business opportunities
Analyze client needs and recommend coffee products, solutions, and equipment
Professionally present coffee varieties, brewing methods, and quality standards
Plan client visits and manage daily sales activities independently
Resolve issues related to supply, quality, or equipment
Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts
Act as a strong brand ambassador
🔹 What we’re looking for:
B2B sales experience and value-based selling mindset
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of HoReCa purchasing processes
Interest in coffee products (technical knowledge is a plus)
Self-driven, proactive, flexible, and stress-resistant personality
💼 What the company offers:
Salary: 3,500–4,300 EUR gross
