Playing live violin and loops over a DJ set sounds cool in theory — until you're actually doing it and your brain is running three steps ahead trying not to drop the ball. 😅

It was the second encore of the night. The room was still buzzing, nobody was ready to leave and I had one track left in my set... 🎻
My friend and fellow producer dropped One More Rush late last year — I loved it so much I asked for an instrumental version to take it live. What followed was completely improvised, completely unplanned, and somehow made the entire room dance. That's the magic of live music right there.

A peek at my instrumental writing process — still a work in progress, but I wanted to try this. I’ve been chopping and pitching phrases, letting pads and pluck‑piano breathe, and building toward one big climax. Thinking of adding a solo violin near the end. I’m not adding new parts this round — just refining what’s already here.

This past weekend was a highlight for me:
Together with Paul Schumacher aka. Melting Pol, we lit up the façade of the CAPE - Centre des Arts Pluriels Ettelbruck with a videomapping that premiered during the Ettelbrooklyn Street Fest.
For this project, I composed and produced the music exclusively, and had the chance to perform it live at the premiere.
