On Saturday the first day of our youtworker training “Happiness for You(th)” in Bansko.

We got to know each other and started with some team building activities connected to the topic of , and .🫶

Excited to announce the international start of our youth mental health program!
The project is aimed at youth workers advocating mental health, well-being and resilience in youth.
In the first phase youth workers will receive a training on the methodology and activities. In a second phase, they’ll implement their own project back home.
The age 16-25 is a crucial time to develop self-supporting strategies and resource to face upcoming challenges and live a happy life.
The project offers professionals the knowledge and skills to support others in doing so.

Since then it’s been a long and fun journey.
This year again, I’ll be running a workshop on self- and co-regulation.

This year the international youth to youth summit will take place online on the 11th and the 12th of November.
The main topic is social entrepreneurship, connected to global health, community & arts, economic growth, education and human rights.

There’ll be speeches to listen to, workshops to create personal experiences and take-aways and the opportunity to pitch your project.


The best pitches receive the opportunity to join the social entrepreneurship school or receive a 1-year mentorship for their project.
