A new chapter begins 🇮🇹❤️ Today, we’re kicking off Pit’s Italian Cooking Sessions with homemade Panzerotti 🤌
Italy has given us so many memories over the years, and we thought: why not bring some of that feeling into our kitchen?
This is recipe number one of a series we’ve been wanting to create for a long time.
For the dough we used:
🍞 Flour
🌾 Semola
💧 Water
🫒 Olive oil
🧂 Salt
🍬 Sugar
🍞 Fresh yeast
Panzerotti filled with: Tomato sauce, Mozzarella, Fresh basil, Ham or Salami.
Simple ingredients. Incredible flavor. ❤️

It felt like being part of the city for one evening.
