Avion Express Brasil has completed the IOSA audit process. ✈️

The first step toward certification is complete, and we couldn’t be more proud of our teams. The audit process requires dedication, alignment, and teamwork. Also, it took real collaboration not only within teams, but across borders. Lithuania and Brazil worked side by side, fully aligned toward one shared goal - and that’s what makes the difference.

We congratulate Avion Express Brasil on this important milestone. As we move forward in the certification process, we are looking ahead to keeping the certification in our hands! A sincere thank you to all our colleagues involved for their dedication, professionalism, and focus throughout this journey. 🛫

Have you ever noticed our Cabin Crew wearing pins with stars on their uniforms? This means that this person is truly exceptional and recognized by their colleagues! This is our initiative STARS, which has been running for a few years now, and we have just celebrated the winners of the first quarter of this year. 🌟

STARS Campaign is a recognition initiative which allows our Cabin Crew to nominate their peers for one of the STARS qualities, and celebrate exceptional achievements in five categories: teamwork, respectfulness, service-mindedness, representative appearance, and smile. We are really proud to see how many team members are engaged and ready to recognize each other’s efforts and exceptional performance in their everyday jobs.
