👋 Meet Peter Varga, lecturer at the upcoming Transparency International School on Integrity 2026!
Peter Varga is the Lead at Open Government Partnership, where he manages the Eastern Partnership Programme. He collaborates with governments and civil society organizations, assisting them in developing and implementing open government reforms. Before OGP, he was a former Transparency International employee who helped numerous chapters in the Nordic, Baltic, and Central European regions.

👋 Meet Natalia Voutova, lecturer at the upcoming Transparency International School on Integrity 2026!
Natalia Voutova is the Head of the Council of Europe Office in Georgia and Social and Behavioural Change Lead for the Council of Europe. Natalia has extensive field experience across Eastern Europe and the South Caucasus, having worked in Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia, Armenia, and Georgia for the Council of Europe, the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), and Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), promoting human rights, the rule of law, and democracy.

👋 Meet Vítězslav Titl, lecturer at the upcoming Transparency International School on Integrity 2026!
Vítězslav Titl is an Associate Professor (with tenure) at Utrecht University School of Economics and a Senior Researcher at the Faculty of Law of CharlesUniversity. Vítězslav Titl is also affiliated with CESifo and KU Leuven. His research focuses on public procurement markets and corruption and has been published in leading journals such as American Economic Journal: Applied Economics, Journal of Public Economics, and European Economic Review, among others. He has held visiting positions at Bocconi University, Princeton University, and Pompeu Fabra University. He has also contributed to reports and presented his research at the European Commission, the European Parliament, the OECD, as well as for national governments.
