Last Thursday, we came together for IMPACT DAY 2026! 💙

For the second year in a row, our team joined forces for a shared volunteer experience, coming together to make a positive impact in the community.

This year, we had the privilege of supporting the Autism Association “Lietaus Vaikai”, where we contributed to a variety of tasks and activities. It was a meaningful opportunity to give back, connect with one another outside of our daily work, and support an organization that makes a real difference in the lives of autistic children and their families.

A huge thank you to Lietaus Vaikai for welcoming us and allowing us to be part of your mission. We are grateful for the experience and proud to continue building a tradition of volunteering together.

Important updates for businesses, employers, international students, and foreign nationals in Lithuania ⚖️

Recent amendments to the Law on the Legal Status of Foreigners introduce significant changes related to residence permits, employment conditions, student work restrictions, Blue Card regulations, family reunification, employer obligations, and more.

The amendments are related to implementation of the Single Permit Directive 2024/1233, also they address certain practical problems.

Key changes come into force from 22 May 2026.

This transaction marks an important milestone for Meliva InMedica klinika strengthening the availability and continuity of comprehensive dental services not only in the largest cities of Lithuania, but also the expansion to the regions of Lithuania.

🌍 Making an Impact Beyond the Office: Big Cleaning Day at Deloitte

At Deloitte, being environmentally responsible isn’t just a statement, it’s something we actively live. As part of Earth Month, our colleagues took part in Big Cleaning Day on April 25th, showing that sustainability starts with individual action. 🌱

Despite challenging weather conditions, many team members stepped out to clean, while others carried the momentum into the first weekend of May. Rain or shine, the commitment stayed strong.

Equipped with gloves, rubbish bags, and a shared sense of purpose, we worked side by side to help keep our environment clean and thriving. More than just a cleanup, the day reflected our dedication, and the belief that small actions can lead to meaningful change.

Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of hosting Deloitte’s Reporting Advisory Breakfast.

Together with finance professionals and industry peers, we explored key topics shaping the future of finance — from the latest developments in IFRS (including new standard IFRS 18 and the need to re-assess existing standards like IFRS 15/16) to the growing impact of AI, digitalisation, and evolving operating models within finance functions.

A highlight of the morning was the interactive Future of Finance session, where participants engaged in the Future of Finance Barometer and reflected on how prepared their organisations are for ongoing transformation — from data-driven decision making to shifts in work culture and talent.
