FL Technics Training

Every quarter FL Technics Technical Training Department has the Quarter Performance Review, which is a great occasion to become acquainted with what colleagues from other units have done and plan to do. Experience and achievement sharing is the main point for each session. Participants are eager to ask and answer colleagues' questions. Moreover, there is always a clear view of what is happening within the whole department and everybody is on the same page. In Feb 2023, there was held the Annual Performance Review, which was the perfect occasion to sum up the scope of work done during the last year, reflect on the biggest successes, applaud one another for all the hard work done and express respect and readiness to help. We extended our technical training portfolio. FL Technics offers type training for for A350, A330, Boeing 777 and 787 aircraft. Furthermore, it also provides a range of specialized courses and online lessons, covering a full scope of aviation training.
