Three days in Palanga, one big focus: Building Resilience 🌊

ROCKIT & 3o - Out Of Office Resilience Bootcamp brought together 15 startups, 30+ mentors and speakers, investors, experts for three days of learning, mentoring and conversations around some of the most relevant resilience topics today.

From building resilient institutions to scaling in defence & dual-use, asking what it really takes to build a resilience startup and what investors look for in resilience startups.

And because resilience needs a little recharge too - there was a beach volleyball tournament, a sauna right by the sea, DJ sounds and plenty of time to connect outside the sessions. 🏐🌊🎶
