Around 800 NARBUTAS employees gathered for our annual company meeting, which this year also marked a special milestone — the 35th anniversary of NARBUTAS.

The event brought colleagues from around the world together to connect, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the shared purpose that unites us.

During the event, President Petras Narbutas and the Vice Presidents presented the organisation’s strategic direction and reflected on the values that continue to guide us: client focus, ambition, ownership, teamwork, and love.

The evening also included the annual Colleague of the Year Awards and a performance by multi-instrumentalist Saulius Petreikis accompanied by a choir, joined on stage by NARBUTAS employees who became part of this unique musical experience. Later, guests enjoyed a musical set by DJ Leon Somov.

In partnership with Planteria Group, the NARBUTAS London showroom was pleased to host NAWIC and Women in Architecture for a workshop led by Design Director and Embodiment Coach Michelle Wilkie.

Entitled “The Invisible Load of High Achieving Women”, Michelle drew on her personal experiences to lead a candid and resonant conversation on the hidden emotional labour that so often accompanies leadership in senior creative roles.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed so honestly to the discussion. Events like this reinforce our belief that the most forward-thinking workplaces invest not just in how people work, but in how they feel while doing it.

On June 7 at 3:00 PM, you will have the opportunity to visit our Chicago showroom at The Mart and be among the first to experience BOTANY.

We participated in the opening of the renewed Servitec showroom in Barcelona, where NARBUTAS furniture solutions are now showcased.

During the event, Area Manager Marcos Plaza introduced the NARBUTAS company, while designer Marcelo Alegre shared insights into the development of the EIRA task chair. Guests also had the opportunity to win this ergonomic chair in a special raffle.

Presenting KITE – an acoustic ceiling panel collection developed in collaboration with the international design studio MUCNYC, where expressive design meets engineering to ensure acoustic comfort in open-plan spaces.

The collection consists of five acoustic ceiling panel shapes – from flat and rectangular to round, oval and more sculptural forms.

The idea behind KITE was inspired by observing kites in the wind – how a flat surface, caught by a gust, transforms into a 3D form and begins to interact with light, air and sound.

TULA armchairs now offer even greater versatility with an expanded range of black base options.

This addition makes it easier to adapt TULA to different interiors, creating a cohesive and refined look across meeting and lounge spaces.
