Yesterday I was registering a new channel for my client. Once it was done I wanted to share a URL, which was a length of 3 lines... So I how to customise it, unfortunately it appeared that in order to customise a youtube link you have to be eligible for these :

✅Be at least 30 days old [🆗 fair enough]
✅Have an uploaded photo as channel icon [EASY]
✅Have uploaded channel art [EASY]
✅Have 100 or more subscribers [but why this⁉️]

I really like that in you don't need to have 💯connections to do that!

Working virtually sometimes means even working from Indian Railways

Do people still think that the main role of administrators or as it’s called in the video - various assistants - is to file the nails, brush the hair and drink or serve coffee AND to be the wall to reach the director?!! I think and myself being an assistant can prove that being ‘a filter’ you have to have a huge spectrum of soft and hard skills such as analytical, tech, communication, organizational, project management and millions of other!

I chose to be a virtual assistant (even though I have a university degree in economics as well as international marketing) because i think that assistants are one of the most diverse skilled people in any team, usually we have to do the first steps to any project and make the stone rolling as well as the last ones.

So love administrators not for getting through the filter but for saving your as a manager/director/business owner lots and lots of time and stress!
