Pines and Dunes

Welcoming three-storey seaside home where the spiral staircase takes centre stage. Lithuanian dunes inspired texture palette - travertine and nuvolato quartzite, that have stood the test of time, not only in terms of durability but also in their ability to imbue spaces with a sense of sophistication and natural beauty. We believe natural stones brings a touch of the earth’s artistry. Carefully selected high end furniture and lighting blends into a calm atmosphere.

Asteras Villa is a refined tropical sanctuary in Pattaya, where contemporary architecture meets serene indoor–outdoor living. The design is defined by expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing that invites natural light deep into the interiors, while seamlessly connecting the living spaces to lush, landscaped courtyards.

Inside, a warm, neutral palette of soft textiles, natural stone, and wood accents creates a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. Sculptural furniture and clean lines enhance the sense of openness, while carefully integrated lighting and subtle fire features add a layer of understated luxury.

The villa balances privacy and openness, offering tranquil retreat areas alongside inviting social spaces—perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. Asteras Villa embodies modern tropical elegance, where every detail is crafted to harmonize with its surroundings and elevate everyday living.

Earthy tones meet sculpted forms — a tactile, modern interior where warm wood, soft stone, and muted hues create a space that feels bold, grounded, and quietly magnetic.

Viola Noir — A Statement in Sculptural Elegance

Viola Noir is a celebration of refined contrasts and timeless sophistication. At the heart of the space lies a striking fusion of rich veined marble, warm wood textures, and contemporary silhouettes — each element curated to elevate the living experience.

Framed by soaring windows and filtered natural light, the interior blends architectural precision with organic flow. Sculptural seating in boucle textures grounds the lounge in comfort, while the commanding marble island and backdrop make a bold, expressive statement. Deep burgundy dining chairs introduce a quiet richness, echoing the darker veins of the stone and adding a layer of understated drama.

Clean lines, high-end finishes, and a neutral palette accented with natural stone veining create a visual harmony that is both modern and enduring. Viola Noir is more than a space — it's a lifestyle of quiet confidence and artful luxury.
