This week, Strato Create joined an interview with Maciej Gajek from Forbes Polska, focused on why Lithuania has become such a strong place to build proptech companies.
Together with Vilius Visockas CityNow Vilnius, Lukas Stankevicius Exergio, Miglė Grybinienė PROFITUS, and Inga Langaite PropTech Lithuania, we discussed the realities of building from a small market — the advantages it creates, the importance of collaboration, and the mindset of thinking globally from day one.
We shared not only successes, but also the mistakes and lessons learned along the way — an honest look at what’s behind the growth of this ecosystem.

This year, Strato Create joined the global tech community from 157 countries, and we were thrilled to showcase our innovation from our own booth in the PropTech & Real Estate area.

This week our CTO, Jokūbas Vaišvila, gave a lecture on AI and automation in the work of architects as part of the Nacionalinė pasyvaus namo asociacija Day teaching program.
It was a full house — 40 engaged listeners, with many questions and great follow-up conversations.
We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the architecture community on such an important topic.
Looking forward to upcoming collaborations and to more architects testing our tool for smarter, more efficient workflows.

This Friday, we invite you to listen to our Head of Innovation, Jokubas Vaisvila's, open lecture "Innovations in Architecture: future or doom?", which is part of a lecture-exhibition organised by Vilniaus dailės akademija / Interjero dizaino katedra. Another guest speaker of the event will be Diogo Aguiar - founder of Diogo Aguiar Studio, architect, guest lecturer at the University of Porto, Faculty of Architecture (FAUP).

After the lecture, you will have the opportunity to see the results of the workshop "Experimental Technologies", where students have experimented with our Strato 3D Print's innovative 3D printing technology for home construction. 👏
