Formation of thick ice
When thick ice starts to form, at exactly set temperatures from 0оС to -3,5оС, two processes are happening simultaneously:
- when the ice crystal forms, the molecules of water press away all the impurities, this means they are self-cleansing by pressing all the impurities out into the remaining water (about 20 %) turning it into the so called “bulb” (a liquid ball of water inside a cube of ice, which gets frozen only at temperature of about minus 5С). We remove this water contaminated with impurities using a unique technology.
- the water received from the thick ice is the most beneficial. Water prepared from this fraction of ice is absolutely clean and, according to scientists, has a correct structure.
