On 13 November Ercc Lietuva presented Mindfulness Based Art Therapy approach and MBAT4SENIORS project for the wide academia during international scientific conference, organised together with Klaipėda University, - "Challenges of Management Science and Studies". ERCC invited to discuss on how MBAT can be beneficial at the workplace for professionals with highly stressful jobs and the ways how MBAT can be incorporated into the workplace 🧐

🍁Today the world celebrates Older People's Day🍁
And we are proud to have developed an innovative product - the Mindfulness Based Art Therapy relaxation techniques package - for adult educators and seniors under Erasmus+ project.
The package consists of MBAT4Senors mobile app, Tool Kit and Manual, which are available in our project website and youtube channel:
