This week, SneakyBox Academy kicked off once again. 🎮

Over the years, our academy has become an important part of how we share real-world game development experience, and it’s great to welcome a new group of students into that journey. Unreal Engine on the screens, questions in the air, and hands-on learning from day one.

Excited to see how this group grows over the coming weeks. 🚀

Another Global Game Jam weekend is in the books, and it once again reminded us why this experience matters so much.

For many people at SneakyBox, Game Jams were the first real step into game development. They’re intense, creative, and collaborative, turning raw ideas into playable prototypes in a very short time. It’s a kind of learning you don’t get anywhere else.

That’s why this type of experience always stands out to us. It shows curiosity, initiative, and the courage to jump in and create something from scratch.

Big respect to everyone who participated this weekend. Whether your game was polished or beautifully broken, you showed up and created.

Great news comes in bulk: another our project is stepping into early access, and this one comes with feathers. 🐔🚀

We’re excited to share that Chickenauts is heading to Steam Early Access. SneakyBox developed the game with the aid of the forever-helpful Kautki Cave team and shaped its companion-driven roguelite experience, packed with chaotic runs, mutations, and persistent progression.

A big thank you to Untold Tales for the trust and partnership along the way. Early Access is an important milestone, and we’re looking forward to seeing how the game grows together with the community.

We’re beyond excited to finally share that Tetris Time Warp has successfully landed on Netflix Games, and we at SneakyBox had the honor of making it happen! 🎮✨

Originally crafted by the team at Digital Eclipse and published by Atari, this project let us dive deep into gaming history — and rebuild it for the cloud. Our team rebuilt the game on Unity and adapted it for the Netflix Cloud Gaming platform, bringing a legendary IP from The Tetris Company to a brand-new arena.

Huge thanks to all our partners for the trust and collaboration — and to everyone who still hears the Tetris theme in their head from time to time. 💫

One more project crossed the finish line! We’re thrilled to finally share that Rail Route made its way to Nintendo Switch, and we at SneakyBox had the honor of bringing this incredible game to the platform! 🎮
