Enercon Group, a company based in Maseru, Lesotho, is inviting applications from a motivated male graduate to join our technical team as an Electrical Technician. The successful candidate should have completed a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering between 2023 and 2025 and be eager to begin and grow a professional career within a dynamic working environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (2023–2025 graduate)

Strong willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the company

Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team

Basic technical knowledge with sound problem-solving abilities

Added Advantage:

Valid driver’s licence with the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
