We recently came across a post asking people to nominate someone who had given them 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, someone who went above and beyond and created an experience they still remembered.

We saw this nomination and we couldn't be prouder.💛
Pulane is a Touchpoint employee placed at Vodacom Lesotho Shop LNDC and seeing a customer publicly recognize her for the way she serves people was a proud moment for us.

So, we decided not to let the recognition stop at a Facebook comment, today we gave Pulane her flowers while she can still smell them.🌸
