The Curriculum Expert

🎓 Subject choice should never be a guess — it should be a researched decision. As early as Grade 8.🔍

✅Before choosing subjects, Institutions should provide guidance to learners in cooperation with 3 important stakeholders:
👩‍🏫 Teachers — for academic strengths and potential
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents/guardians — for guidance and perspective
👩‍💼 Industry professionals — for real-world career insights 🌍💼

✅And don’t overlook personality, interests, strengths and values. 🧠✨ Using psychometric and career tests regularly can help students understand themselves better as their interests and goals evolve. 🔄🎯

✅Want to play it safe? 💁‍♀️🤓. Take as many subjects as possible. For a varied choice of career options.

💡 Don’t ask only, “What subjects am I good at?” Ask, “Who am I, what am I good at, and where can these subjects take me?”

🎯 Research. Consult. Assess. Reflect. Then choose. 🚀🌟
