Baylor College of Medicine Children's Foundation Lesotho. The Baylor College of Medicine Children's Foundation Lesotho (BCMCFL), is the result of a public-private partnership between Baylor College of Medicine International Pediatric AIDS Initiative and the Government of Lesotho, and is a legal, non-profit/tax exempt organization registered in Lesotho. BCMCFL provides free paediatric and family-centred HIV and tuberculosis prevention, care, treatment and support, serving thousands of children and families affected by HIV, TB, or other child health conditions.

Position: Driver
Based at Mokhotlong

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

The Project Driver is responsible for driving the project vehicle, maintenance of cleanliness and ensuring the vehicle is road worthy. The Driver reports to the Project Nurse at the district.

technical support for a large-scale, nationwide system. The role includes troubleshooting
hardware and software, maintaining IT systems, and installing mission-critical computer
equipment.

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic General Manager—Sales, Marketing, and Distribution—to lead and coordinate our nationwide sales operations, marketing initiatives, and distribution network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring efficient product distribution across all regions.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Sales Leadership:

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors

Marketing Management:

• Develop and execute national marketing campaigns
• Oversee brand positioning and promotional activities
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
• Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI

Distribution & Operations:

• Oversee national distribution channels to ensure efficient product availability
• Optimize logistics and supply chain coordination
• Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior sales/marketing management roles
• Experience managing sales in a medium-cap and fast-paced growth environment shall be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets at national level
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Willingness to travel nationally
