As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Record Keeper to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of quality and organization.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
As the Record Keeper at Mathemaloli Bakery, you will play a vital role in our operations by managing financial records, inventory logs, and order documentation. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that our bakery runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- ⁠Manage production.
- ⁠Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, expenses, and payroll.
- Manage inventory levels, track ingredient usage, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Organize and update customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare reports on sales trends, inventory status, and income statements.
- Collaborate with bakery staff to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- Previous experience in a record-keeping or administrative role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- We especially encourage female applicants to apply.
- Successful applicants must be ready to relocate to Ha Leqele, Maseru.
