Shoutout to the low-key people. People who don't have to be center of attention ALL the time. People who stay in their lane and minds their own business. People who's circle is smaller than a cheerio and they wouldn't have it any other way. I see you.....

When we don’t feel good about ourselves, everything externally becomes a problem. When we do feel good about ourselves, nothing is a problem and everything is rosy. Even if it looks like a problem, it’s not a problem to you.

Don’t make things problems that aren’t the problem. You’ve got to take one thing at a time.

You have to let go of the problem and take responsibility for it.

Then pick one thing you can work on. Focus very heavily on it in a very positive way. Be positive or be neutral.

Take a nice, deep breath; be grateful for everything in your life and start working on your business, or your body, or your relationship, or whatever that resolution was.

Don’t necessarily try and figure out what you want, just spend some time considering how not knowing is actually harming your life every single day…

You truly understanding this as necessary, is essential to you making the change… So when you feel all those feelings of regret or disappointment, instantly choose to switch them around to this feeling instead…
