On Friday, 25 September 2026, CRROA sensitized learners at Holy Cross High School on bullying and substance abuse, promoting awareness, responsible choices, and a safer school environment.

You notice someone close to you has been unusually quiet lately. They have stopped socialising, seem overwhelmed, and keep saying, “I’m fine,” even though you can tell something is wrong.

What would you do?

A. Give them space and wait for them to talk
B. Check in and gently ask how they are really doing
C. Encourage them to speak to someone they trust or seek support
D. Ignore it because they said they’re fine
