An intentional reflection I do regularly usually ends with me asking myself this question, am I on the drivers or passengers seat of my life’s ride.

The daily practice of mindfulness helps us easily get to the awareness of what is truly happening in our lives. Because life, life is busy happening but the question is,is it happening to you or are your making it happen.
