Thousands of fans won't get to watch their own team at the World Cup, and it has nothing to do with football.
Argentina handed US authorities the names of around 13,000 fathers who owe child support. The goal: keep them out of the World Cup stadiums. It's part of Argentina's Tribuna Segura program. "If they do not provide for their children, they will not be allowed into the stadium," said Mayor Jorge Macri.
Those who pay what they owe can still get in. Many call it justice, others say it goes way too far.

After nearly 14 years as prime minister, the Dutch leader stepped down in the most Dutch way possible.
He got on his bicycle and rode away.
Mark Rutte served as prime minister of the Netherlands from 2010 to 2024, making him one of the longest-serving leaders in Europe.
After handing over power to his successor, Dick Schoof, there was no grand exit.
No huge motorcade.
No dramatic farewell.
No luxury car waiting outside.
Rutte simply said goodbye, got on his bike, and cycled away from the government buildings in The Hague like an ordinary commuter.
The moment went viral because it looked almost unbelievable.
A man who had led a country for nearly 14 years leaving office the same way millions of Dutch people go to work every day.
Quietly.
Casually.
On two wheels.
It was a very different image of power.
Not flashy.
Not untouchable.
Not surrounded by ego.
Just a former prime minister riding off into the city.
Whatever people think of his politics, the exit said something powerful.
In some countries, leaders cling to power.
In the Netherlands, one handed it over, waved goodbye, and cycled away.

After watching people use money to buy food, a clever dog figured out his own way to pay, with leaves.
In Monterrey, Colombia, a black dog named Negro lived on a school campus and often watched students buy cookies at the shop.
One day, he picked up a leaf, walked to the counter, and offered it like money.
The staff played along and gave him a cookie. From that day on, Negro started “buying” cookies with leaves every day.
They limited his treats to keep him healthy, but his adorable habit quickly went viral around the world.
Proof that dogs are not just loyal, they’re also smarter than we think. ❤️

The Ministry of Education has announced that all schools in Liberia must strictly follow the approved graduation fees and regulations for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Key points include:
Schools are only allowed to charge the graduation fees approved by the Ministry.
No extra graduation-related fees are permitted.
Graduation fees can only be collected after the official release of WASSCE results.
Graduation ceremonies for Grades 6 and 9 are allowed only if those grades are the final level offered by the school.
Students are expected to wear their regular school uniforms for graduation. Schools that already have graduation gowns may use them, but they cannot charge students any additional fees for gowns or related attire.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to report schools that demand unauthorized fees or violate these regulations.
The Ministry warns that schools failing to comply will be investigated and may face administrative sanctions.
Approved Graduation Fees
1) Public Grade 12: LRD 5,000
2) Private Grade 12: USD 100 (or equivalent in Liberian dollars)
3) Public Grades 6 & 9: LRD 3,500
4) Private Grades 6 & 9: LRD 6,000
5) Public Kindergarten (K2): LRD 2,500
6) Private Kindergarten (K2): LRD 5,000
In short, the Ministry is taking steps to protect parents from excessive graduation costs and ensure that all schools follow uniform graduation policies.

The Liberia National Police has charged Reuben M. Sauser, Technical Assistant assigned to the Office of the Managing Director of the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation (LWSC), with the crimes of Criminal Conspiracy, Forgery, and Criminal Facilitation following an extensive criminal investigation into an alleged passport fraud scheme.
The investigation was initiated after the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation filed a formal complaint concerning a suspicious communication purportedly issued from the Office of the Managing Director to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs requesting the renewal of a service passport.
According to an LNP release, investigators established that Mr. Sauser allegedly prepared and transmitted the communication without the knowledge, approval, or authorization of the Managing Director, Mohammed Ali. The investigation further determined that the suspect allegedly utilized the institution's official stamp and forged the Managing Director's signature to give the document an appearance of authenticity.
The release furthers that the the fraudulent communication was intended to facilitate the renewal of a service passport for Lucas Williams, a former contractor of the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation and co-defendant in the matter.
The investigation further revealed that Mr. Sauser allegedly received L$56,600 through a mobile money transaction from Mr. Williams as compensation for his role in preparing and processing the fraudulent documentation.
Evidence obtained during the investigation included mobile money transaction records, forensic examination of the questioned document, electronic communications, witness statements, and admissions made by the accused during the course of the investigation. Collectively, this evidence established probable cause to support the charges.
Based upon the facts and evidence uncovered, the Liberia National Police has charged Mr. Sauser with Criminal Conspiracy, in violation of Section 10.4; Forgery, in violation of Section 15.70(a); and Criminal Facilitation, in violation of Section 10.2 of the Revised Penal Code of Liberia.
The case file has been forwarded to the appropriate court for prosecution in keeping with due process and the rule of law.
The Liberia National Police remains steadfast in its commitment to combating fraud, forgery, corruption, and other criminal activities that undermine the integrity of public institutions.
The LNP assures the public that all allegations of criminal conduct will be thoroughly investigated and prosecuted where sufficient evidence exists.

Scientists have revealed that mosquitoes may slowly adapt to certain repellents over time, raising fresh concerns about the long-term effectiveness of common bug sprays.
Researchers, however, say there is no immediate reason to stop using repellents, as current products still remain effective against mosquito bites.
