Bran Initiative presents a Three-Days From Januray 15 to January 17, 2026 Capacity-Building Training on CV Writing, Cover Letters, and Résumé Development for Young Girls

Many young girls face barriers when seeking employment due to limited knowledge of professional document preparation, including CVs, résumés, and cover letters. Empowering them with these essential skills strengthens their competitiveness in the job market and builds confidence as they transition into educational, internship, and employment opportunities.

Bran Initiative will educate young girls with practical skills to create compelling professional documents.

This three-day training program will equip young girls with essential employability skills to navigate the competitive job market. With the right guidance and practical exercises, participants will leave empowered, confident, and ready to pursue meaningful opportunities.

It is a day to advocate for the rights and empowerment of girls, recognizing their role in building a better and more equitable future for all.
As we reflect on the progress made in promoting gender equality, it is essential to acknowledge the hurdles that persist. Many girls still encounter barriers to education, face discrimination, and grapple with societal expectations. It is our collective responsibility to dismantle these barriers and create an environment where every girl can thrive and fulfill her dreams.
Empowering girls goes beyond addressing immediate challenges; it involves fostering an inclusive and supportive community that values their voices, choices, and aspirations. By investing in education, providing mentorship, and promoting equal opportunities, we contribute to a world where every girl has the chance to reach her full potential.

Ladies and gentlemen it is with Joy that I introduce to you the upcoming Youth organization of Liberia, this organization was established on April 20, 2024 with the organizing body of the youth department of Potter's House and with the effort of our hard working, energetic CEO Brandalyn K Y Wollarh.
As organization we are involved into the following:
To enhance and improve operational environments within our education sectors.
To promote and facilitate gender base violence against women and children in the community and educational sectors within Liberia.
To further the standing of youths as competent, professional and suitable agent against drugs abuse within Liberia.
To support the awareness of sanitation in enhancing the developmental growth within Liberia.

Therefore, we are in search of sponsorship to enhance our goal, with this need, the organization is also in the process of it registration with the legal process of the Liberia NGO and Organization register body.
This mind changing organization is anticipating of lunching as an organization in August of this year (2024).
