On July 26, 1847, our nation was founded on the ideals of freedom, self-determination, and hope. Today, we honor the courage of our ancestors, the sacrifices of our heroes, and the resilience of every Liberian.

Though Liberia has faced hardship, conflict, and rebuilding, the spirit of our people remains unbroken. Our determination to rise and move forward together is a testament to our nation’s strength.

At ILBC Africa, we believe Liberia’s future depends on the leadership, unity, and dedication of its people, especially the younger generation. May this Independence Day inspire us to build a more peaceful, prosperous, and democratic Liberia.

We give our young women the chance for them to share their ideas on National Development and Youth Empowerment, and some of them said amazing things and they also highlighted some challenges that our young people are facing when it comes to getting into these space, we heard them and we hope to get as many young people into the program.

Today at the ELWA Campus, ELWA Compound, Paynesville Montserrado Liberia.

We had an amazing Leadership lunch with young CEOs from Paynesville and three different high school Presidents, Vice President and their party chairman.

The names of those schools are ELWA Academy, Paynesville Seventh Day Adventist Highschool, and Famaden Memorial Institute.

Our goal today was simple and clear which was to share our platform with students Leaders and young CEO that want to improve their Leadership skills. We hope that you that are reading this message can apply for ILBC Africa Cohort 2 and be part of the next Cohort's of change makers this December. Today was lively and so will the Boot Camp!
