So I watched this video recently and I learnt a valuable lesson from an unlikely source - a toddler!

In the video, you see him teaching his baby brother how to get what he wants from their parents.

For me, the most critical point he made was: "…you got to figure out what is important to your parents…”

That's a game-changer!

As professionals, we must constantly align our goals and requests with the needs and priorities of our employers, colleagues, and clients.

When we do, we become more effective, productive, and influential.

Let's remember: alignment is key!

Before asking for something, take a moment to consider how it benefits others.

You'll be more likely to get what you want and build stronger relationships.

At RESCUE FOR ABANDONED & CHILDREN IN HARDSHIP (REACH) , we are dedicated to ensuring that no child goes to bed hungry.

Every Saturday, we provide nutritious meals and snacks to hundreds of children who are at risk of food insecurity.

However, we need your support to continue this vital work.
