This network has in its possession unimpeachable court documents that suggest that Spoon Network fraudulently obtained an insurance bond.

The Insurance Company, ACTIVA which purportedly issued the bond on behalf of Spoon Network that led to the sixth Judicial Circuit Court ordering Spoon Network reopening has written the court withdrawal said bond.

Mr. Wilmot Smith's lawyer has reapplied before the court for Spoon's closure!
