Bank of Ceylon Trincomalee City Branch on October 18, 2021 with the aim of providing a convenient, flexible and efficient banking service with the latest digital technology, under the patronage of Mr. Kanchana Ratwatte, Chairman, Bank of Ceylon, Mr. KED Sumanasiri, General Manager, Bank of Ceylon. Deputy General Manager (Sales and Channel Management) Mr. Priel Silva, Deputy General Manager (Retail Banking - Range II) Mr. Nilantha Meneripitiya, Assistant General Manager, Mr. Aruna Hettiarachchi, Assistant General Manager (Marketing) and Mr. WMA Wanigasekara, Assistant General Manager, Eastern Province, Bank of Ceylon inaugurated the newly constructed premises at No. 09, Main Street, Trincomalee.

Also, the Bank of Ceylon has taken steps to organize all these activities in accordance with the existing healthcare practices
