• Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling all clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Working closely with the marketing teams and updating all sales/targets/expenses/commission and progress of the marketing team.
• Advertising and co-ordinating weekly ads with the marketing team.
• Maintaining company records, reports and files.
• Maintain employee attendance/leave records. And maintain personal files under strict confidentiality.
• Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
• Operating/maintaining of office equipment, computers, printers or other equipment necessary.
• Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
Skills and qualifications needed :-
• Good organization, time management and scheduling skills.
• Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable.
• Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets. Having exposure to SAP/ERP systems would be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with minimum errors.
• Ability to multitask is a must.
• Being a team player is definitely a must.
• Having previous experience in a clerical or secretarial role or experience handling administrative tasks in a shop and office environment.
• Should also have a strong understanding of business management/HR.
