Sometimes when you wake up you feel tired, not motivated, tension in your body and it s ok. A good practice dedicated to your observation will give the energy and will release the tension to allow you to enjoy fully your day. Do not hesitate to tell our teachers about how you feel she will dedicated some postures for you. the class is yours. Everyday at 7am and 5pm.

Tomorrow special class for the Total Solar Eclipse and the New Moon. The New Moon is a fresh start – a time to reset and set the proper intentions. After all, the lunar cycle is beginning. New Moon in Cancer will bring positive energy, optimism and enthusiasm. Open-mindedness always helps when many people are together; it creates a circle of acceptance. So join us for a Chakra Healing.
