• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.

• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.

• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.

• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.

• Assisting with customers' queries. ELECTRICAL :

Installs and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings. Installs conduits and pipes to house electrical wires and cables. Ensures piping complies with electrical codes. Installs circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them. PLUMBING :
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures. Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. Follow building plans and blueprints.
