Solution:

අලුතින් හදුන්වාදුන් Zoom මෘදුකාංගයෙහි Security Settings රැස්වීමකදී Options සක්‍රීය කිරීමට හෝ අක්‍රීය කිරීමට ගුරුවරයා හට රැස්වීම සුරක්ෂිත කිරීමට සහ රැස්වීමේදී ඇති වන බාධා අවම කිරීමට ඉඩ දෙයි. රැස්වීමට පෙර බොහෝ සැකසුම් ගිණුම්, කණ්ඩායම් සහ පරිශීලක සැකසුම් වලින් පාලනය කළ හැකිය. ගිණුම, කණ්ඩායම හෝ පරිශීලක මට්ටමින් අයදුම් කරන්නේ නම්, මෙම සැකසුම් පෙරනිමියෙන් රැස්වීමේදී අදාළ වේ. Security Settings රැස්වීමේදී පහසුවෙන් ප්‍රවේශ වීම සඳහා ඒවා සියල්ලම එකම ස්ථානයක ඒකාබද්ධ කරයි.

Account admin විසින් Options සක්‍රිය / අක්‍රීය කර Lock කර තිබේ නම්, ඒවා host or co-host විසින් රැස්වීමේදී වෙනස් කළ නොහැක.

The Security icon in the meeting controls allows the host or co-host of a meeting to enable or disable options in a meeting to secure the session and minimize disruptions.
The settings can be controlled from Account, Group, and User settings before the meeting.
If applied at the Account, Group, or User level, these settings will be applied in meeting by default. The Security icon combines them all in one place for easy access during the meeting.

If the options are enabled/disabled and locked by an account admin, they will not be modifiable in-meeting by the host or co-host.

How to have Zoom meetings on low-bandwidth and metered Data connection.

When you are experiencing poor performance caused by bandwidth (Slow connection) congestion, you can try manually reducing the amount of bandwidth required to run Zoom Meetings by:

● Disabling HD video: In Zoom Settings, click on the Video tab, and uncheck the box for HD video.

● Disabling video feed: Although the video is a key feature of Zoom Meetings, you can turn off your video to reduce the amount of bandwidth (Data) used for those situations where clear audio is a priority. Simply click on the video icon and make sure your ‘Start Video’ button is crossed out to turn off the video.

ඔබට දුර්වල අන්තර්ජාල ඇති අත්විඳින විට, ඔබට Zoom සදහා Data අතින් අඩු කිරීමට උත්සාහ කළ හැකිය:

2. වීඩියෝ අක්‍රීය කිරීම: වීඩියෝව Zoom App එකේ ප්‍රධාන අංගයක් වුවද, පැහැදිලි ශ්‍රව්‍ය ප්‍රමුඛතාවයක් ඇති අවස්ථාවන් සඳහා භාවිතා කරන Data ප්‍රමාණය අඩු කිරීම සඳහා ඔබේ වීඩියෝව අක්‍රිය කළ හැකිය. වීඩියෝ අයිකනය මත ක්ලික් කර වීඩියෝව ක්‍රියා විරහිත කිරීම සඳහා ඔබේ ‘Start Video’ බොත්තම හරස් වී ඇති බවට වග බලා ගන්න.

Microsoft Teams වල "Settings > Data and Storage > Reduce Data Usage > Use Mobile Data" විශේෂාංගය සක්‍රීය කිරීමෙන් ඔබට මන්දගාමී ජාල වල කණ්ඩායම් පිළිබඳ වඩා හොඳ අත්දැකීමක් ලබා ගත හැකි අතර මීටර දත්ත සුරැකීමටද හැකිය.
