It started as a Good idea from Teshan the director from Slytherin team, The Company Name, We added Event Name "THE DUNGEON" We support Slytherin Team Turn a concept into a real Underground experience. Build something different. From that point, Ground Makers Pvt Ltd stepped in to shape the direction and bring structure to the vision.

We handled the creative and planning side from end to end. The event theme, story, and flow. The content plan and marketing direction. Managing the promotions team and ad campaigns. Coordinating artists & Booking, and production flow. Guiding visuals, reels, and media. Setting up the ticketing and building the full timeline behind it all.

Step by step, it came together.

There were long nights, constant pressure, and daily changes. Still, we kept moving because we believed in what this could become. The response showed it. Over 800 presales, strong engagement, and a crowd that trusted the vision. A lineup we stood behind, backed by powerful sound, visuals, and production. Even bringing a rare B2B experience to the region.

We knew there were risks. We raised them early and pushed for proper handling.
On event day, everything felt ready. The energy was building. The stage, the sound, the visuals, the crowd.

Then at 2 AM, it stopped 💔

All approvals and authority handling were managed by the Slytherin team. We moved forward trusting everything was cleared and secured. What followed was beyond our control.

To everyone who showed up, we are truly sorry. We know what you expected, because we expected the same. For us, this was one of the biggest projects we have taken on. We gave it everything we had.

Bringing the Harry Potter concept to life was never easy. There were struggles behind the scenes, but we pushed through to deliver something meaningful. Even then, we could not complete the journey.
