✅Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations
•⁠ Prepare and review monthly financial statements, reports, and MIS dashboards
•⁠ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
•⁠ Ensure timely statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings
•⁠ Coordinate and manage internal and external audits
•⁠ Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements
•⁠ Implement internal controls and financial policies
•⁠ Support automation of financial processes and ERP system improvements
•⁠ Guide and support junior finance staff
•⁠ Liaise with banks, auditors, and other external partners

✅Requirements:
•4–6 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks
•Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
•Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
•Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

✅ Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Provide consultation services to clients regarding various visa processes (Student)
•⁠ ⁠Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures of various countries
•⁠ ⁠Assist clients in filling out visa applications and ensuring the accuracy of documentation
•⁠ ⁠Follow up with embassies, consulates, and clients for updates
•⁠ ⁠Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data
•⁠ ⁠Liaise with travel agents, legal teams, and international embassies when required
•⁠ ⁠Prepare invoices, track payments, and handle basic administrative tasks
•⁠ ⁠Manage customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels

✅ Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in visa processing or immigration consultancy is a plus
•⁠ ⁠Strong verbal and written communication skills
•⁠ ⁠Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with documentation, embassy requirements, and online application portals
•⁠ ⁠Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (bonus if you know DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut)
•⁠ ⁠Solid grasp of editing principles — pacing, rhythm, flow, and visual storytelling
•⁠ ⁠Great attention to detail, from frame-level edits to overall tone and impact
•⁠ ⁠Ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines efficiently
•⁠ ⁠Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
•⁠ ⁠Experience with motion graphics/animation is a plus
