Wishing my Angel Anju what would have been her 52nd birthday.
I wanted to create something she would have taken one bite of and immediately exclaimed, “It’s fabulous, dah-ling!” And I think I achieved that. :)
Pistachio kunafa sandwiched between two layers of dark chocolate brownie, topped with a rich layer of chocolate fudge — exactly the kind of indulgence she would have loved.
I only wish I could have made this for her while she was here. But somehow, I like to believe she got a piece in heaven and is smiling that beautiful smile.
