The TEM, together with a suite of companion products (Device Inventory, Device Manager, Workflow Manager)
has enabled companies of all sizes to manage their entire telecom related expenses and processes. Having proven its business model and products in Sri Lanka, Ridgecrest is now expanding its reach into other countries in this region, with the goal of establishing a very strong presence in the entire Asian region within the next 2 to 3 years.
