Are you a results-driven sales professional who knows how to find opportunities, win new clients, and grow B2B business? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand our BPO/outsourcing business across Sri Lanka and international markets.

🔹 2–5 years of experience in BPO, outsourcing, IT services, or B2B sales
🔹 Strong experience in cold calling, cold emailing & LinkedIn prospecting
🔹 Proven ability to generate and close new international B2B clients
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
🔹 Strong understanding of CRM and sales pipeline management
