Since AI has changed the industry. Shouldn’t it change the curriculum too?
That was a key point in our recent discussion with academics from the Department of Industrial Management, University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka.

The way we even approach problem-solving has changed a lot with AI. Naturally, the skills we expect from graduates need to change too.

Our team shared what we’re seeing from the industry side, and we had a really good discussion around what needs to change in the curriculum to prepare students for this new reality.

Chatbots have been around for a while. But not every AI system works the same way.

Traditional chatbots respond to what you ask. Agentic AI takes things a step further by reasoning through a task, making decisions and taking action to get to an outcome.

Our 4th Officer Installation and New Member Induction marks another chapter for the TIQRI Toastmasters Club. What started as a space for people to challenge themselves has grown into a community where we encourage each other and keep learning together.

The evening also marked a meaningful leadership transition, as our outgoing President TM Isuri Nakandala , officially passed the torch to our new President, TM Sharika Gamhewa.

The conversations we’re having with our clients today are very different from the ones we were having just a few months ago. With AI acceleration, expectations have changed and delivery needs to be smarter and faster.
