🔹 Women make up 34% of our workforce but contribute nearly 40% to GDP.
🔹 80% of Sri Lanka’s apparel sector—the backbone of our exports—is powered by women.
🔹 Companies with diverse leadership perform 45% better than those without women in key roles.

Yet, challenges remain:
⚖️ Women hold only 18% of board positions.
🚀 Female entrepreneurship stands at just 25%, despite women controlling 40% of household spending.
👩‍💻 Women occupy less than 30% of tech roles shaping our future.

The future is clear: Gender inclusion is not charity—it’s smart economics. 💰 Studies show that achieving gender parity in our workforce could add $20 billion to Sri Lanka’s economy by 2030!
