මැංගනීස්, සින්ක් සහ විටමින් සී ගුණයෙන් පිරිපුන් Ocean Fresh Tuna නිසා, ඔබේ සිරුරේ ප්රතිශක්තිය ඉහළ නංවයි. එමගින් පිළිකා ඇතුළු රෝග බොහෝමයකට අවශ්ය ප්රතිශක්තිය සිරුර තුළ ගොඩ නැංවේ.

Ingredients:
4 tomatoes
1 can of OFT Tuna Sandwich Spread
1 stalks of celery
2 tbsp of chopped onions
2 tbsp of chopped cilantro
Zest and juice of ½ lemon
¼ cup of chopped black olives (optional)
How to make:
Carefully carve into the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds. Mix the rest of the ingredients and fill the tomatoes with the mixture. Enjoy as a quick bite or a side dish.
